Shipping and Tracking

We ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

Please note that if you have included the Spadrille in your order we do not have all the prints available in all sizes, ready-made. So the deadline extends to 4 working days, as we indicate in the product description.

We are an independent brand and small entrepreneur, we do our best to serve everyone in the shortest time possible, but in promotions that we can launch, the demand usually increases a lot. We will do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. However, we may exceed this deadline.

Portugal - Free shipping to Portugal and portuguese Islands.

For orders less than, the shipping cost depends on the number of pieces and destination, value is automatically calculated in the shopping cart:

EU - Value from 7,60€ to 10,80€.

Worldwide (except USA)- Value from 10,55€ to 17,45€.

USA (United States of America) - Value from 10,95€ to 19,20€.

* For addresses outside the EU, you may be charged customs duties (if applicable) be aware that customs taxes and charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PT - 1 to 2 working days estimated

REST OF THE WORLD - 7 working days estimated

*It may take longer than the estimated time if it gets stuck in customs.

Remember that the order is sent to the carrier up to 2 days after billing, and only then begins to take effect the delivery time stipulated at the time of purchase.

**If you have not received your product in the estimated time, please contact us by email orders@leafnaif.com informing the tracking code.

After we send your order, we will send the code to the email informed when making the purchase, so you can track your order on the CTT website, in following object. It may not appear immediately in the CTT system, wait a few hours before checking.
