Returns Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, or would like to exchange it for another size or model, our policy is 14 days to exchange or return it. After 14 days of delivery, it will not be possible to request a refund or exchange.

To be able to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. For swimwear and espadrilles, you must send it with the cotton bag that you received. It has to be with all the labels, hangtags and the hygienic protector as original.

All our products go through a careful quality control process and we check the products again when we separate your order for shipment.

We reserve the right not to accept an exchange or return for:

* Any product that is not in its original condition mentioned above, that is showing signs of use, damaged or has missing parts, not being due to any error on our part;

* Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

***Exchanges or returns will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the product. In case of return, refund will be made within a few days.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Your money will be refunded in the same form of payment as your purchase within a maximum of 30 days.*


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to go through.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is made.

Promotional goods (if applicable)

Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional goods cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at orders@leafnaif.com and you will receive instructions by e-mail.


Shipping for Exchanges or Returns

To make a return, send email to orders@leafnaif.com with your order number and send the product to: Rua da Fé, nº 20. , Amor, PT-10, 2400-762, Portugal.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, except if in your purchase you won free shipping.

It is the customer's responsibility for the cost of return shipping. And we cannot be held responsible for sporadic mishaps or losses in this process. Nor can we intervene with the carrier in relation to your return shipment. If the shipment is lost in the process, we reserve the right not to exchange or return it.

So, for your security, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking, such as registered post or insurance.

Leaf naif will not pay any customs duties and charges, these are the responsibility of the customer. However, we will be responsible for the shipping cost if it was our mistake (wrong or defective product).
