We are a small independent brand, authorial, conscious and concerned with our ecological footprint.
Our products are thought in every little detail, from the concept of the collection, the choice of suppliers and raw materials, to the choice of compostable packaging and other items made with a high percentage of recycled paper.
Some of our products are handmade, with hand sewn details.
With a focus on quality and to reduce our ecological footprint, our products are made locally, where we can closely follow every detail of production and give more attention to our quality, as well as ethical labor practices.
We have a thorough process of quality review of each product, which demands more time. Therefore, our products are manufactured in small quantities and on demand, we keep a very low stock, valuing sustainability and the reduction of textile waste.
We value trying to be increasingly aligned with sustainability, in order to think and choose all the materials that make up our pieces, always looking for more environmentally friendly products. When choosing our suppliers, always as possible we choose those who have certifications.
We value quality, so that our products have greater longevity. Thus avoiding the compulsive cycle of purchase and disposal.

Our swimwear are made from high quality sustainable fabrics crafted with ECONYL® regenerated yarn.
ECONYL® yarn is a 100% regenerated nylon fiber, derived from pre and post-consumer waste, such as fishing nets, carpet flooring and industrial plastic. All these materials, once they have reached the end of their useful life, instead of being disposed of in landfill, are recovered and regenerated by Aquafil SpA by means of a complex depolymerization process.
The medals on our bikinis and the buttons on our shirts are eco-friendly, made of Bio Resin.
They were created exclusively for Leaf naif, with our engraved logo. They have a glossy finish with "glazed donuts" effect. With BIO resin with natural constituents. Conform to OEKO-TEX®.
Our apparel and accessories are made from LENZING™ ECOVERO™ Viscose, an eco-responsible fabric.
As compared with generic viscose, the production of LENZING™ ECOVERO™ has a substantially smaller environmental footprint. We strive to help build a cleaner and greener world by taking less from the environment, maximizing resource efficiency and minimizing waste in the production process.
ZERO WASTE
In fashion, it's a concept that promotes maximum utilisation to reduce the disposal of leftover fabrics.
Some of our designs are made using zero waste pattern-making techniques, or specific measurements to avoid leftover and wasting fabrics. They are made in such a way as to utilise the entire width of the fabric, so as not to generate leftover fabric for disposal. Our hair scrunchies are made to use up leftover fabrics from printing tests, which we need to do to approve the colours, or fabric edges that are left over due to the fitting of the pattern pieces where we can't avoid leftovers. In order not to waste these unused pieces of fabric, we use them to make scrunchies.

Our packaging and hangtags
Our shipping packaging is made from vegetable material and is 100% compostable. And all the paper in our hangtags and packaging is made with a percentage of FSC certified recycled paper.
